What makes you a good teacher?
I was fortunate enough to have the most inspirational teachers during my formative years. This inspired me to pursue a career in Education where I would also be given the opportunity to be a positive role-model that can inspire future generations. As an experienced educator with 18 years of teaching students ranging from 3rd grade to adults, my teaching philosophy is rooted in ambition, reliability, self-motivation, and genuine care for the individuals under my guidance. Throughout my career, I have set high standards for both myself and my students, firmly believing that every learner is capable of success. I hold the conviction that no student should be left behind, and I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and paces. I always challenge my students to take risks in the English class in order to build their confidence. My goal is always to foster a positive learning environment where I can sympathize with my students trying to study a non-native language.
