Education:
Mentouri Constantine 1 University
Work experience:
International educator and linguist with 24 years of experience teaching students across Algeria, the Middle East, Turkey, and Russia (CIS Saint Petersburg and Gorki campuses). Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I believe language connects the world. My teaching roots were inspired by family educators and exceptional mentors. Beyond the classroom, I have a strong HR background, having served as North Gulf Manager where I led onboarding, professional development, and leadership training across Algeria, Qatar, and Turkey. This unique combination of educational and corporate leadership allows me to foster growth at all levels, from young learners to professionals.
What makes you a good teacher?
With experience from Algeria, to the middle east and to Russia, I don’t just teach English; I teach through cultures. Students gain a genuine global perspective, preparing them to be citizens of the world. Being fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I can seamlessly support students who are new to English. I understand the specific challenges they face and can clarify complex concepts in their native language, ensuring no one is left behind and everyone feels confident to participate. My passion for languages and teaching is evident in every lesson. I believe in creating a joyful, energetic atmosphere where students are excited to walk through the door. We learn through games, projects, debates, and stories that make the language stick. I get to know each student's interests, strengths, and goals. This allows me to tailor lessons and recommend books or topics that truly engage them, making learning personal and relevant.
