Practice is the key to success at school, as it is in football.
This was the case for our school’s Senior Football team, the Cambridge Wolves, who last week travelled to the Anglo-American School here in Moscow. We had been preparing for this fame for a little under a month with intensive practices several times a week. Fortunately, when it came to the match, we successfully implemented our practiced tactics which paid off as we beat the Anglo-American School team convincingly with a final score of 9-0.
The match lasted an hour, in which our players put in their greatest efforts, and as a team, they played very well.
Overall, this game helped us to develop our teamwork as well as our individual skills on the pitch which resulted in a great achievement for us as a team.
