What makes you a good teacher?
I chose this profession to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. My teaching philosophy is based on ambition, reliability, self-motivation and genuine care for the people I tutor. Throughout my career, I have set high standards for both myself and my students and firmly believe that every student is capable of success. I believe that no student should be left behind and I am committed to an inclusive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles and paces.
Achievements:
Married; earned honours and master's degrees in educational leadership and management; completed 5 ultramarathons and 7 full marathons
Lifestyle:
The sports I like to do include running, golf, table tennis, tennis and hiking. I loved living in Korea for 9 years because I was able to explore the beauty of the whole country. Our trip to Japan was also very memorable.
Dreams & Ambitions:
I want to be the best teacher I can be so that I can be a positive role model for every learner I come into contact with. There are many other items on my list that I want to check off, including some dream travel destinations. I am also doing everything I can to qualify for future promotions (school leadership).
