Cambridge Teacher, Primary School

Country:

United Kingdom, Manchester

Education:

Sheffield Hallam University. Bachelor of Arts with Honors with Qualified Teacher Status in Primary Education (5-11).

Work experience:
I am from Manchester in the United Kingdom and I have worked in various British state schools teaching students aged 5 to 11. This is my first time working abroad!

What makes you a good teacher?
I am eager to continuously learn and seek new knowledge, to be able to delivery high quality teaching to all students. All children are unique and it is important to cherish individuality in students; it is my duty as an educator to utilise various strategies, to ensure the development and success of students. With uniqueness, comes acceptance- I strive to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, whereby children can accept their own differences and the differences of those around them. I believe this will develop a sense of belonging and community, allowing me to build strong relationships with students. These trusting and honest Teacher-Student relationships create a pathway for open-communication. I value communication with students, as finding out more about their individual interests and opinions, allows me to cater my teaching in a proactive way. I strive to create a learning environment where children feel valued, safe and included; where students excel at their own paces and celebrate their successes together. My aim as a teacher is to teach children social and emotional skills- not just to enforce rules- so that children can genuinely enjoy learning!

Achievements:
Volunteering work in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools.

Lifestyle:
I have always been interested in fitness, as I did Gymnastics for 11 years, so I frequent the gym weekly. When I am not working out, then I enjoy cooking, baking and embroidery. I also want to explore Moscow and other cities in Russia, as Russia has a rich history and that is something I admire!

Dreams & Ambitions:
My dream is to lead a life that I can be proud of with no regrets and to give back to my mother, so she can live the way she deserves to, as she sacrificed a lot for her children.
