What makes you a good teacher?

Working with young children is a source of immense joy, fueled by a passion for laying a strong foundation for their future learning and success. Enthusiasm and creativity are brought into every lesson, making learning a fun and dynamic experience. Building strong relationships with students involves taking the time to listen, understanding their individual needs, and showing empathy and respect. A deep passion for early childhood education drives the creation of engaging and meaningful learning experiences. The ability to connect with children on their level helps them feel understood, valued, and excited to learn. A positive and inclusive classroom environment is fostered, where each child is encouraged to express themselves, take risks, and explore their creativity.

Achievements:

One of the most significant achievements is the ability to positively impact the lives of young children through teaching, watching them grow and thrive under guidance. Proud of the long-term relationships built with students and their families, seeing the lasting influence on their educational journey.

Lifestyle:

Passionate about skiing, especially during the winter months, as it offers an exhilarating way to connect with nature. Creative pursuits often involve exploring new cultures and traditions through art, music, and cooking. Memorable road trips within Russia have deepened appreciation for the country’s diverse landscapes, historic towns, and vibrant cultures. A strong love for learning about different cultures, whether through travel, reading, or interactions, not only enriches personal experiences but also brings a global perspective to teaching.

My ambitions include continuing to grow as an educator, inspiring and guiding young minds to reach their full potential. I dream of making a lasting impact in the field of early childhood education.
