My role models were teachers who inspired me and were able not only to share knowledge but also to spark curiosity and self-confidence. Their influence has shaped my understanding of the role of a teacher and a leader: a headteacher should inspire, create conditions for the professional and personal growth of both teachers and students, and foster a culture of trust and respect.
