I chose this profession because being able to watch students learn and grow is extremely rewarding. I love the fact that being a teacher gives me the opportunity to encourage students' curiosity across all abilities and help them reach their full potential. I inspire students by maintaining an energetic classroom environment and showing students how the content we are learning is applied in real-world situations. I also use educational games and technology to teach and explore various topics to ensure that students stay engaged and don't feel like they are just doing seatwork. For me, one of the most important steps to finding a common language with students is building a strong rapport. This allows me to understand each student better and therefore support each one in the necessary areas. I create a safe classroom environment with clear boundaries, which helps students feel confident enough to open up about issues and actively participate in all class activities.

Adapted standard curricula to suit students' learning abilities. Created supplementary resources to scaffold and assist learners with various learning abilities. Differentiated teaching to help students with various learning challenges (ADHD, Dyslexia, Spectrum) to keep up with the rest of the class. Positive academic and behavioral results stemming from strong parent communication and assistance.

To obtain a masters degree in Education
