What makes you a good employee?
I have 20 years of work experience, and I am in love with my profession. I am constantly learning, practicing a lot, and studying various areas in psychology and coaching. I also give lectures in cultural centers in Moscow. Since my school years, I knew how to negotiate with people; I could find the right words of support, and that is why I decided to become a psychologist. Knowledge about people's psyche inspires me. When children ask me questions, I always answer with interest and try to explain to them why people act one way or another. I think this attitude inspires children.
Achievements:
My two children are an important value and pride for me. I am proud of my success in my profession; every change in my clients brings me joy.
Lifestyle:
I love an active lifestyle. I enjoy kitesurfing, spinning poi, and love hiking with my family.
Dreams & Ambitions:
I want to continue my psychological practice, hone my skills in helping people.
