What makes you a good employee?

Having come from a family of dedicated teachers and having experience of working with children for more than 7 years, I firmly believe that students learn best when they are motivated to learn. If the students are not interested in the material presented, they will not remember any of the information that is being taught. When students actively participate in classroom interactions they are more likely to pay attention as well as absorb material. I feel the call to inspire, shape, encourage, and mentor my students. I want to make the kind of impact on them that they will carry on for the rest of their lives.

Professional achievements:

I have been able to develop my abilities and techniques when working with students, as well as deepen my understanding of how children learn and grow. When it comes to a child's social, physical, and cognitive development, a majority of their personal growth occurs in the classroom.

My primary dream is to spark a lifelong love of learning and help every student realize their full potential.
