What makes you a good teacher?
After volunteering to support younger students during my A-levels in England, I realized that a career in education was my calling. I was able to focus on my passion for the Arts while also training to become a primary teacher. It was during my first full experience in an English primary school that I knew I had made the right decision. I strive to make all of my lessons engaging, thought-provoking, and challenging. I constantly ask myself if I would have enjoyed the lesson as a student. I put a lot of effort into planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences, and I make sure to provide effective feedback to my students. I have high expectations for my students and I hold them accountable for producing quality work. Additionally, I make an effort to recognize and nurture strengths in all areas of the curriculum, from drama to physical education. My teaching style is characterized by enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and academically rigorous learning environment.

Achievements:
My family and the fact that I have been fortunate enough to travel the world, and have been brave enough to live and work in a foreign country. One of our favorite activities is motorbike riding, and I have also achieved the Rescue level in scuba diving.

Lifestyle:
Tennis, walking, cycling, motorcycling, scuba diving, reading, drawing and painting. Too many to mention.

Dreams & Ambitions:
To live a long and healthy life and see my daughters grow up.
