Professional achievements:
My professional journey began as an Admissions and Contracts Manager. Over time, I progressively expanded my responsibilities, built efficient workflows, and eventually formed and led an entire department. One of my key areas of focus was streamlining and automating document management. I systematised processes, introduced more effective communication tools, and improved the ease of day-to-day procedures. In parallel, I established strong cross-departmental collaboration, which helped align team efforts and focus on achieving the company's key targets. For the past four years, I have moved into managing more complex administrative and organisational tasks. In the 2025/26 academic year, I served as the Administrative Director of the Skolkovo Campus, overseeing its smooth operation and internal processes. One of the most significant projects in this role was coordinating a large-scale relocation of staff and resources from the Lower Primary School to the Upper Primary building and the Gorky campus. I managed the entire process, ensuring its smooth execution, effective coordination between teams, and minimal disruption to the school's day-to-day activities. My professional experience combines people and process management, large-scale project coordination, workflow optimisation and automation, and effective cross-team collaboration. I am skilled at building systems, taking ownership of outcomes, and ensuring the stability of complex organisational processes — even in times of change.
