Job description

There is a vacancy for a Cook in the company

Conditions:

Due to the expansion of the food department, a vacancy has been opened at our private school for a second universal Cook.

  • Schedule 5/2 Mon-Fri;
  • Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
  • Paid vacation;
  • Stable salary without delay;
  • Friendly, responsive and small team;

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and provision of 4 meals a day for students (200 people) and staff (20 people);
  • Cooking according to the established technological maps;
  • Compliance with the norms and rules in accordance with the SanPiN;
  • Compliance with personal hygiene rules and rules for the use of products (storage, processing, defrosting);
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
  • Tracking the required level of food stocks and timely informing about upcoming purchases;
  • Receiving and receiving products, quality control, and safety assurance;
  • Monitoring the proper operation of kitchen equipment

Requirements:

  • A medical record is required;
  • Work experience in the field of catering;
  • Knowledge of the commodity neighborhood, SanPiN standards;
  • Specialized education;
  • Experience working with technological maps;
  • Decency, neatness, cleanliness, responsibility;
  • Love for your business;
  • The ability to cook delicious and homemade food is a must!
