Independent reading and love of books is of paramount importance in our school. So, in addition to daily and monthly reading activities we also organise a Book Day every year.
This year, the students dressed as their favourite book characters, wrote and shared essays to win Festivalnaya Pulitzer Prize, and of course received positive emotions! The main event of the day was the meeting with a real book author. This year, we welcomed Kathleen Boyle from Liverpool. She told us about her books, about challenges and creative process of book writing and of course answered all the questions from our young writers!
