Recently, at CIS Festivalnaya campus we were lucky enough to have a professional Deep-Sea Diver come and visit the students to talk about scuba diving. Dmitriy Galayda is a professional diver who has taught some of our students how to use scuba gear. During our special assembly, Dmitriy Galayda told the students about the equipment needed to go diving, showed videos of places people dive, and answered the students’ questions about scuba diving. A few of the students were able to try on the equipment to see how it felt.
These two terms, the students from KS3 have been having P.E. outside of the Festivalnya campus. The past several weeks, the students have been playing handball. They have been learning the rules of handball. They have been completing exercises so they can throw better and with more accuracy, studying basic strategy, and participating in scrimmages.
