Throughout the week, we celebrated Russian Week. The children learnt about Russian culture and language during the carousel activities. Apart from that, they also participated in poetry recital and presentations of their class projects through the use of PowerPoint and video-making. The highlight of the week was the Winter Day activities. There were many fun-filled activities for the children to take part in such as Pillow Fight, Russian Stove, Climb a Pole, Horse Jumpers, Relay Race and learning a song and dance from Miss Irina. We ended the day by having some delicious pancakes served by our wonderful kitchen team.
This week, the school bell sounded, traditionally opening the new academic year. The guys went to the first classes, where they showed imagination and told each other about themselves with the help of bright drawings.
