Country:

South Africa

Education:
  • Bachelor of Science honors degree and Higher Teaching Diploma at the University of Pretoria, South Africa
Experience:

I have been teaching for about 30 years! I first came to Russia six years ago, teaching Biology and Science on Secondary level for four years. Since I always wanted to work with younger children, I decided to do a few (12 to be exact) courses in order to qualify me for this important task.

I raised three beautiful children and taught thousands of students over many many years. I genuinely love working with children and spend hours planning interesting lessons for them, my great love being Science and Maths. Apart from that, I love getting creative by Painting, Decorating, Cooking and Scrapbooking. During Covid I explored my beautiful adopted country by traveling to Vladivostok on the Trans Siberian Express, to Teriberka for the Aurora Burealis experience, to Sochi to work on my Vitamin D levels, and of course to cities like Tula, Smolensk, Saint Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod.
