2A have been enjoying the beautiful weather and making pictures for Autumn. We have looked at the trees and used pastels and paints to explore the colours of the season. The children painted trees to take home and also made their own leaves, trying to be accurate and careful in their use of line and colour. Today the children made forest pictures of the trees by cutting and sticking trees that are inspired by the colours and shapes of the trees seen outside our windows. I think you will agree that their pictures are beautiful and reflect the season perfectly.
