What makes you a good employee?

I chose to become a psychologist because I enjoy helping children grow and overcome the challenges they face at different stages of their lives. I inspire children by creating an atmosphere of trust, giving each child the opportunity to express themselves and using playful and creative techniques to keep them engaged in learning and development. I find common ground with the children by understanding their individual characteristics, emotional needs and moods. This allows me to create an environment where the children feel comfortable and free to express their thoughts and feelings.

Achievements:

I am very proud of how I have managed to combine my professional development and my personal commitments. Throughout my career as a psychologist, I have had the opportunity to make a significant impact on children and families, helping them to overcome challenges and grow. At the same time, I have had the opportunity to raise a family and nurture my personal relationships. This balance is something I value greatly and see as one of my greatest accomplishments.

Lifestyle:

I am passionate about yoga as it helps me maintain a balance between my physical and emotional state, and it also improves my concentration. I also enjoy drawing as it allows me to express my thoughts and feelings through art. One of the most memorable moments during my travels was visiting historical places in Europe. My other interests include reading psychological literature and researching new methods of working with children.
