Education:

Masters in Leadership in Education, PGCE, John Moores university

Work experience:
My career has taken me across six different countries, and I have visited a total of 34. I have had the privilege of teaching students aged 3 to 18, each age group offering unique lessons in classroom management, discipline, and determination. My experience spans three different curriculums and includes teaching IELTS in a military school.

What makes you a good teacher?
I am deeply passionate about teaching. There is immense fulfillment in interacting with students from diverse backgrounds and personalities, and guiding them to view the world through various perspectives. Every student has an innate desire for knowledge, and it is my responsibility as an educator to employ different strategies that ensure each individual’s success.I chose this profession because I understand the profound impact a teacher can have on a student’s life. I faced my own challenges as a student, struggling with a subject that I later excelled in, thanks to a teacher who employed the right techniques to help me succeed. Inspiration for teaching often stems from the students’ interests. I advocate for a hands-on approach, recognizing that students are often more engaged when they are actively participating—whether through movement, touch, or vocal interaction—rather than sitting passively with pen and paper. I prioritize clear communication, using simple language to ensure comprehension, especially with younger students. I believe in rephrasing instructions and questions to meet the needs of all learners. Building strong relationships with students is essential. Understanding their individual interests is key to earning their respect and fostering a positive learning environment.

Achievements:
I am proud to be the first in my family to earn a Bachelor’s degree and to travel the world. My goal is to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for life with my students, colleagues, and those I meet along the way.

Lifestyle:
When I am not traveling or meeting new people, I indulge in painting, cooking, dancing, eating chocolate, doing yoga and exploring the vibrant city of Moscow. I enjoy challenging myself and embracing experiences that push my boundaries, such as swimming with dolphins and sharks without a cage.

Dreams & Ambitions:
I hope to inspire others to find the same joy and passion that I have for living life to its fullest.
