I have been teaching primarily Early Years and Key Stage 1 in Russia for 7 years.

What makes you a good teacher?

I enjoy the role teachers play in the lives of families and the responsibility for helping children develop to the best of their potential. I find children engage well with songs and stories, and over the year we develop a repertoire of favourites. This gives children confidence when using English and builds a context of comprehension along with new vocabulary.

Achievements:

Seeing the children I work with grow and develop.

Lifestyle:

I enjoy travelling around Russia during my holidays and of course visiting friends and family at home. I have been to many places in Russia and wish to keep exploring. In my spare time I like to watch rugby and enjoy supporting my football teams.

To get my own dacha!
